SITTING IS THE NEW SMOKING: JANUARY 24

For years, we’ve heard about the detrimental effects smoking can have on the body. Now, studies are showing that a sedentary life and/or sedentary job can have effects on the body that are just as detrimental as smoking. In other words, Sitting Has Become The New Smoking! Join keynote speaker Lisa Stroth on January 24, 2018 from 11:30 AM – 1:00 PM at Computer Helper Publishing, to look at the effects of prolonged sitting, and discuss ways we can counteract, or better yet, prevent these changes.
