15th Annual Taste of Gahanna – Record Breaking Year!

Successful Business Growth: August Luncheon Review

It was unanimous. Successful business growth involves a servant-approach, concurred all three panelists for the August membership luncheon: Ron Stokes (President/CEO of Three Leaf Productions), Jerry Guy (President/CEO of Kemba Financial Credit Union), and Emanuel Torres (Economic Development Manager, City of Gahanna Planning& Development Dept.).

The discussion, facilitated by Erin O’Donnell (Owner of Step Beyond), explored the strategies these three organizations have implemented to help them increase revenue, penetrate new markets, improve employee performance, and grow their brand.

Renier Construction’s Project Executive Joins CRLC

Plesich, project executive for Renier Construction has become a new member of the Columbus Region Logistics Council (CRLC). The CRLC is an initiative of the Columbus Chamber and industry-led group that serves as a catalyst for the growth in the region’s logistics capability.

Telhio Credit Union Awards $1,000 Scholarship

Telhio Credit Union today announced that Suneil Kamath was awarded a $1,000 scholarship for the 2012-2013 school year. Suneil won the top scholarship award presented by the credit union, which awarded two additional scholarships valued at $500 each.

New owner in store for Creekside

City and business leaders are about to welcome Strathmore Development Co., a Michigan-based company poised to become the new Creekside owner about a year after it went into foreclosure.

Court-appointed receiver Ohio Equities LLC filed a motion in Franklin County Common Pleas Court last week, recommending that the court approve the $10.5-million sale of the three-building, 360,000-square-foot project to the East Lansing-based Strathmore.

The pending sale, requiring court approval, would give Strathmore ownership of three buildings on the site.
